Sushmita is an intern psychologist at Azza's Child Psychology Clinic, currently completing a Bachelor of Psychological Studies (Honours) at Western Sydney University.
She has training and experience working as an Applied Behaviour Analysis therapist at Lizard Children's Centre and has been involved in various leadership programs at university including being part of the Academy, is an ambassador for the Respect. Now. Always initiative (a campaign driving towards zero tolerance violence on university campuses) and has mentored first year university students transitioning into uni straight from high school.
Sushmita aspires to pursue a career in Clinical psychology and hopes to work directly with children and adolescents in the mental health sector; after completing her bachelors degree and higher qualifications in psychology.
At ACPC, she is currently gaining practical direct and indirect knowledge and understanding of what child and adolescent psychology entails whilst assisting the Principal psychologist and the team.
